Review of Kashechewan:
Kashechewan First Nation is a Cree community located in Northern Ontario on the shores of the Western James Bay coast. Kashechewan is under the Albany Band #67 which share with the nearest community, Fort Albany First Nation. Kashechewan original name is "Keesheechewan" which means "Fast flowing river" the name Kashechewan has no Cree meaning on our language.
I flew to Kashechewan on Apr 2, 2021 and was there until Apr 30, 2021 working for the North West Company (Northern)
My score: 5/10 based on evacuations because of flooding every spring and the stray dog population. Wi-Fi also was very poor. Ok place to visit in the summer but very dusty.
