The Wild Animal Sanctuary - Keenesburg, CO - USA
The Sanctuary currently operates two sites within Colorado featuring 10,473 acres of natural habitats.
The Wild Animal Sanctuary is open daily and offers educational tours to individuals, groups, and schools.
The vast majority of the animals residing at the Sanctuary were confiscated by law enforcement agencies after they were found being kept illegally in people's basements, apartments, garages, barns, and other terrible places.
Animals are recused from horrific captive situations and rehabilitated so they can live and roam freely within large natural habitats with others of their own kind.
